1. Who can attend LeadXcellence 6.0?
This training is ideal for Principals, Vice Principals, School Coordinators, College Heads, Academic Leaders, School Owners, and Educational Entrepreneurs.
2. What are the dates and venue of the event?
The training will be held from 15th to 17th July 2025 at Faletti’s Grand Hotel, Murree.
3. What is included in the fee?
The fee covers:
- 3 days / 2 nights hotel stay
- All meals and refreshments
- Training sessions and materials
- Digital Leadership Toolkit
- Certification of Participation
- Recreational and networking activities
4. What are the dierent accommodation packages?
- Shared Room (3 persons): PKR 38,500 (Early Bird: PKR 34,650)
- Shared Room (2 persons): PKR 45,000
- Exclusive Private Room: PKR 56,000
5. Is there any discount?
Yes, a 10% Early Bird Discount is available until 5th June 2025 for the 3-person package.
6. Can family members accompany participants?
Yes, for shared and double occupancy packages:
- Additional adult: PKR 25,500 (stay + meals)
- Children under 9 years: Complimentary
Note: Family not allowed in private single room package.
7. What if I want to stay extra nights?
Extended stay is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Charges will apply
as per hotel policy.
8. What should I bring with me?
Please refer to the Participant Checklist section, which includes essentials like:

9. Are there any outdoor activities?
Yes! The program includes:
- Bonfire & live BBQ night
- Hiking on guided trails
- Group visits to local spots
- Fajr walk & early morning reflection sessions (optional)
10. Will there be internet or charging access?
Yes, Wi-Fi and power outlets will be available in common areas and training halls.
11. Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes, name transfers are allowed up to 5 days before the event. You must notify the organizers
in writing.
12. What is your refund policy?
Refunds can be requested 7 days before the event with up to 25% deduction for admin costs.
No refunds within 7 days of the event.
13. How do I register and pay?
To register, confirm your interest and you will receive payment instructions. Limited seats
available. Early confirmation is advised.
14. Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, every participant who attends all sessions will receive a Certificate of Participation from
Minhaj Education Society.
15. Will training materials be provided?
Yes, printed material, toolkits, and access to digital resources will be provided during the
training.
16. Are the sessions interactive or lecture-based?
All sessions are interactive and activity-based, including group tasks, simulations, and guided
reflections.
17. What language will the training be conducted in?
Training sessions will primarily be delivered in Urdu, with occasional use of English where
required.
18. Is participation in all sessions mandatory?
Yes. Full participation is required to receive the certificate and maximize the learning
experience
19. Can I bring staff members from my school with me?
Yes, group participation is encouraged. Multiple leaders from the same institution may
benefit more effectively

Refund Policy – LeadXcellence 6.0
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our refund policy as clear and fair as possible. Please read the details below to understand your options and the steps involved in requesting a refund
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the event start date. For LeadXcellence 6.0, this means you must submit your request by 8th July 2025. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations received after this deadline.
Refund Amount
A refund of up to 75% of the deposited fee is available, as a 25% deduction will apply to cover administrative and booking costs. This ensures that we can continue to offer quality services while managing necessary expenses.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after receiving social approval. We strive to handle all requests promptly and appreciate your patience during this process.
Transfer Option
If you are unable to attend but wish to avoid cancellation, you have the option to transfer your seat to another eligible individual. This can be a convenient alternative to requesting a refund and ensures that another participant can benefit from the training.
